Sales Representative- (Kaduwela)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and marketing strategies targeting potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by promoting and selling company products.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and ensure future sales.
  • Consistently achieve seasonal sales targets through proactive and strategic selling efforts.
  • Highlight key product features and effectively address customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to prepare reports that support informed decision-making.
  • Manage stock handling efficiently to minimize stock returns and average pricing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving performance goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in both Sinhala and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
