Candidate Profile
- Male candidates, age below 40 years, preferred in the Anuradhapura area.
- A degree from a university or professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of management-level experience in branch operations, recovery, marketing and customer service at a reputed financial institution.
- Excellent leadership, management skills and ability to motivate and facilitate staff.
- A dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet company objectives and goals.
Marketing Officer
Anuradhapura branch
Candidate Profile
- Male candidate age between 20–35 years, preferred in Anuradhapura area.
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Riding License for motorbike is compulsory.
- Prior work experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
