WHO YOU ARE:
- A seasoned RCM expert with 7+ years of experience—and 3+ years leading high-performing teams
- Equipped with a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, Finance, or Business (Master’s preferred)
- Fluent in the full RCM cycle—billing, coding, collections, and denial management
- Well-versed in payer regulations, compliance (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid), and reimbursement models
- A data-driven decision maker who understands KPIs and performance metrics
- Proficient in EHR systems like Epic or Cerner, and familiar with the latest RCM tech
- A strategic leader with strong communication, team-building, and client management skills
