Imam / Team Shop Attendant
As a member of the Human Resources Department, he shall be responsible for calling, leading prayers as well as to clean the assigned mosque regularly and responsible for ensuring the staff shop is operating as its standards to facilitate staff needs.
Requirements / Qualification
- Should hold a Certificate level 3 in Imam Course.
- Candidate must hold the permit to conduct Friday prayer.
- Previous experience as imam and shop attendant role is an added advantage.
- Well-groomed with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- To call for all 5 prayers in compliance with the schedules and leads the daily prayers at the mosque.
- Deliver the khutbah and lead prayer for Jumu’ah and Eid Prayers.
- Leading the Tarawih prayers during the month of Ramadan.
- Responsible to keep the mosque clean and tidy at all times.
- Serving team members in a polite, friendly, and helpful manner in the shop.
- Be aware of security issues concerning stock and cash that may be targeted through shoplifting and theft and report any incident to the authorities.
- Re-stock shelves by implementing a stock rotation system.
