Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Environmental Management, Marine Biology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2–5 years of experience in coral restoration, marine monitoring, or conservation programs.
Hands-on field experience in reef research, coral propagation, and public engagement preferred.
Proficiency in coral identification, ecological data collection, and marine survey methods.
Strong communication and public speaking skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, R, GIS).
Ability to produce compelling outreach media, blogs, and educational content.
Organized, methodical, and capable of managing multiple conservation projects simultaneously.
Rescue Diver certification minimum; Divemaster preferred.
Valid First Aid, CPR, and Oxygen Provider certifications required.
Underwater photography and additional ecological survey training are assets.
