Executive Customer Relations (Receptionist)

Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent proficiency in all MS office packages

Key Responsibilities

  • Smoothly coordinate front office activities with internal departments
  • Ensure effective communication via telephone, email both internally and externally
  • Support the coordination of correspondence documents & packages
  • Responsible for providing telephone customer support for inquiries related to White by JAT
