Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent proficiency in all MS office packages
Key Responsibilities
- Smoothly coordinate front office activities with internal departments
- Ensure effective communication via telephone, email both internally and externally
- Support the coordination of correspondence documents & packages
- Responsible for providing telephone customer support for inquiries related to White by JAT
