Job Role
We’re looking for a proactive B2B Sales Executive to follow up with conference leads, schedule meetings, support eSIM onboarding, and assist with customer support. You’ll also coordinate with our technical team to resolve client issues and keep CRM records up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and schedule sales meetings
- Organize, attend, and present in Google Meet calls
- Send contracts, NDAs, and onboarding documents
- Assist with eSIM installations and troubleshooting
- Work with the technical team to resolve client queries
- Provide responsive customer support
- Maintain and update records in Trello (CRM)
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English is MUST.
- 1+ year in B2B sales or customer support (preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- A second language is desirable but not essential (Spanish, French, or Arabic)
- Experience in telecom or IT is a strong advantage • IT Literacy.
- Remote working environment (Work from Home)
- 45 hours/week (Weekdays only) - UK Timezone
- Male/Female
