HR & Administrative Executive
JOB PROFILE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team, responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business Management or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the construction Industry will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Labour laws and regulations.
- Ensuring effective communication between management and staff.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Assisting with the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Excellent reporting skills & document management.
- Should be able to keep records of employee data, performance appraisals, leave, and other HR-related information.
- Administration experience with exposure dealing with queries and problem-solving.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be proactive.
- Age below 35 years.
