EXECUTIVE VIP SERVICES
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, VIP Services to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison for our VIP guests, delivering highly personalized service with attention, discretion, and care. You will support guest relations, manage special requests, and help drive loyalty and retention while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate personalized services and handle special requests
- Support sales targets by fostering guest loyalty and referrals
- Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless VIP experiences
