Job Profile
- Support in maintaining an effective internal control system for trade channel sales, settlements, and import costings.
- Assist the Trade Credit team with order approvals in compliance with company credit policies.
- Generate and share routine reports with the trade sales team and relevant stakeholders.
- Reconcile trade receivable ledgers and support the preparation of sub-ledger reconciliations.
- Help calculate and report on expected credit losses related to trade receivables.
- Assist in preparing reconciliations for key accounts such as bills payable, clearing costs, advances, and trade-related provisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and support system-driven process improvements.
Personal Profile
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- Part qualification in a recognized professional body (CA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, credit control, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
