Executive - Member Relations
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement & Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring warm, professional, and personalized service while fostering long-term relationships.
- Member Recruitment & Onboarding - Support the membership application process, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
- Membership Retention & Loyalty - Implement strategies to enhance satisfaction, address potential concerns proactively, and strengthen member loyalty through engagement initiatives.
- Communication & Reporting - Manage member communication, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular engagement reports to management.
- Membership Administration - Oversee membership processes such as applications, renewals, payments, and handle account-related inquiries in coordination with relevant departments.
- Club Representation & Networking - Promote the Club’s offerings through reciprocal club relationships, facilitate networking opportunities, and maintain strong ties with overseas members.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a club culture, hospitality, or high-end customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Fluency in English with excellent PR, interpersonal, and written communicational skills.
- A pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Highly confidential and people-focused, with a strong sense of service ethics.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Age below 50 years.
