Leader Kaijjie Battery (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing battery manufacturing company dedicated to quality, innovation, and sustainable energy solutions. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Factory Maintenance Executive to ensure optimal performance and uptime of all factory machinery and infrastructure.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Circle Specialist to lead the development and implementation of Quality Circles across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to improving productivity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a structured Quality Circle program company-wide.
- Train and mentor staff on QC tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.) and team-based problem solving.
- Facilitate regular QC meetings and help teams identify and solve operational issues.
- Track, measure, and report on outcomes including cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, HR, and Management to drive a culture of Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Organize recognition programs for high-performing circles.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with a strong track record in quality circle implementation.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management principles is an advantage.
- Excellent facilitation and people development skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
