SALES MANAGER - CHEMICAL AND CONSUMABLE

Responsibilities:

  • Develop field sales plans aligned with product, market strategies, company differentiation, and core competencies.
  • Continuously adapt processes based on tech/product/lifecycle changes and evolving customer needs in selected segments.
  • Set pricing and launch new products/value propositions based on lifecycle stage and market analysis.
  • Apply effective sales techniques to meet organizational goals.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships within the sector.
  • Conduct regular sales visits to the top 20 customers nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology or Applied Science degree with Molecular Biology subject included.
  • Minimum 5 years of National & International experience as a sales manager of independent rep groups & Key Accounts.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Possess a positive attitude, Hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure.
  • Should have valid riding and driving license.
  • Position involved extensive travelling.
