COMPANY SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT

A and D Associates (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Company Secretarial Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of ROC documents, including annual returns.
  • Maintain statutory books and records.
  • Liaise with government departments (ROC) and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination, with a credit pass in English at the GCE Ordinary Level (O/L).
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Professional qualification and previous experience in a similar role are advantageous.
