Position: Assistant Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced professional ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing company? MMX Traders, a leading resort supply company in the Maldives since 2012, is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
- Support in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Prepare and analyse reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in sales and Marketing (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software tools.
- A degree/diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality or supply chain industry is a plus.
