Position: Assistant Manager

Location: Ahumeen, Maldives

Are you a motivated and experienced professional ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing company? MMX Traders, a leading resort supply company in the Maldives since 2012, is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Support in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
  • Monitor inventory, logistics, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in sales and Marketing (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software tools.
  • A degree/diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality or supply chain industry is a plus.
