Access Engineering Port Services (Pvt) Ltd. (AEPS), a fully-owned subsidiary of Access Engineering PLC is pleased to invites applications for the following position. As an established provider of engineering maintenance services, we seek qualified and experienced personnel to provide services to the port sector of Sri Lanka.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Should possess a BSc or HND / NDT In Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering in a recognized Institute.
- A minimum of five years' hands-on experience in heavy machinery maintenance within the heavy engineering industry is required. Experience in port operations is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong leadership as a self-motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented team player.
- The ability to work under pressure in challenging environments is crucial.
Electrical / Automation Technician
- NVQ Level 4, or equivalent electrical/electronic related academic qualification form a recognized institution.
- A minimum of four years of experience in electronics and industrial automation system maintenance.
- Demonstrable knowledge of PLC, motor drives, and automation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, is essential.
- Proven experience with ABB PLC control systems and prior experience in port operations, heavy machinery, and container handling cranes is advantageous.
The ideal Candidate should be a team player, have positive interpersonal and communication skills with the willingness to work independently extended hours when necessary.
