Job Description
IT ASSISTANT
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues, including video conferencing and office equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and ensure reliable LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT assets; support procurement and coordinate with vendors.
- Implement and maintain basic IT security measures, regular data backups, and assist with restoration when needed.
- Document procedures and support onboarding with proper IT setup; maintain organized internal knowledge systems (e.g. Notion, Google Docs).
LOCATION
Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka
WORK HOURS
12.30PM to 9.30PM 45hrs/week

WORK EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
Minimum 2-4 years experience
ACADEMIC
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
