Job Profile

  • Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store.
  • Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products.
  • Train shop assistants on product knowledge and customer handling.
  • Inspect all areas of the store and proactively resolve any issues.

Personal Profile

  • Degree or a related professional qualification.
  • More than 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales and Key Account Management preferably in the Retail Industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible to travel as required to meet with clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
