ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer specializing in CCNA/CCNP and B.Sc. Networking and Cyber Security, based in Kurunegala. The Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering course content, conducting lectures and practical sessions, mentoring students, and assessing their academic performance. The role also involves keeping course materials up to date with industry standards and collaborating with peers to enhance the curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Recognized Certification is a must in CCNA and CCNP
- Must have prior lecturing experience in the mentioned pillars.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English.
- Ability to conduct physical classes in Kurunegala.
- Availability to conduct classes on weekends.
- Expertise in Networking and Cyber Security.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging course content
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in mentoring and assessing student performance
- Familiarity with current industry standards and practices
