QUANTITY SURVEYORS
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents with precision.
- Monitor project costs and conduct accurate valuations.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee payments to vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects remain within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain attention to detail, cost accuracy, and a strong understanding of construction processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience is required.
