In this role, you will support the culinary team by preparing authentic Indian dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. You will work under the guidance of senior chefs, contributing to smooth kitchen operations and exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support daily mise en place and kitchen operations
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams
