What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, sales and tender teams.
- Organize and conduct product promotions, demonstrations and training sessions to enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with foreign suppliers to procure products and obtain required technical support.
- Assist in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet given targets.
- Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and product effectiveness.
Who You Are:
- Education: BSc Degree or National Diploma from a recognized university or institute, preferably in Physics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or Basic Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Full or partial experience in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong foundation in technical concepts related to assigned products.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Team player with a result-oriented mind set and a passion for achieving targets.
