Are you an Experienced Communicator with a passion for business development?

We are looking for a dynamic and driven female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Colombo-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent two innovative UK & Sri Lankan brands offering premium B2B solutions to hotels, resorts, and corporate clients with OFF-SET Printing solutions and Interior Design solutions.

About Us

This position is a collaborative role representing two business brands—one specializing in Offset Printing Marketing and the other in Hotel Kitchen and Interior Solutions. Both brands are aligned in delivering premium B2B services to hotels, resorts, and corporate clients in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The office in Nugegoda is currently being set up, and the selected candidate will play a key role in bringing both brands to market. Please note, this is not a door-to-door sales role, but a professional B2B position focused on communication, coordination, and relationship management.

Your Key Responsibilities at the position

  • Contact potential clients to obtain business deals via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate solutions clearly, whether for printing needs or interior/kitchen equipment solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and product/service information shared with clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings (in-person or virtual) between clients and senior managers or technical teams.
  • Maintain an organized lead tracking system (e.g., Excel/CRM) and update client interactions regularly.
  • Generate and manage a daily and weekly sales activity plan to meet performance targets.
  • Visit clients independently when necessary for presentations, meetings, or site assessments.
  • Compile and submit weekly reports to management, summarizing outreach, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internally with production, design, or technical teams to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal Professional Experienced Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
  • Background in:
    • a. Printing industry, advertising, or corporate sales – beneficial for Ramanayake Impression
    • b. Hospitality, kitchen equipment sales, or B2B solutions – ideal for My Boutique Interiors
  • Familiarity with customer databases, CRM software, or Excel-based lead tracking.
  • Experience handling Maldives or international clients is an added advantage.

Ideal Qualifications required:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work on AutoCAD is an added advantage.

  • Clear, pleasant voice - Necessary for professional phone conversations.
  • Confident & Persuasive - Able to handle rejections, pitch services convincingly, and close appointments.
  • Organized & Disciplined - Manages two company workflows without supervision; updates leads & follow-ups.
  • Time-conscious - Follows the time-split work schedule strictly and meets daily targets.
  • Proactive attitude - Doesn’t wait for instructions—takes initiative to grow both businesses.
  • Tech-savvy - Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, Zoom, and office tools.
  • Trustworthy & Loyal - Can handle internal company information and client data with integrity.

Ideal Personal Profile:

  • Female, aged 28 to 38 years.
  • Pleasant personality with a confident and clear speaking voice.
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward client engagement.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willing and able to visit clients when required.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development preferred.
