Woolim Lanka Pvt Ltd, a BOI-approved pioneer in the quartz processing industry, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of quartz gritz and powder based in Kandeketiya, in the Badulla district. We are currently seeking passionate and qualified professionals to join our team for the following position:
OPERATIONAL ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize production operations to meet company goals.
- Obtain necessary operational approvals from relevant authorities.
- Supervise and coordinate operational staff for smooth, efficient processes.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and enhance operational processes for greater efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and enforce operational safety standards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in mineral processing specially in quartz processing.
- In-depth knowledge of crushing, grinding processes, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
