- Minimum GCE A/L qualification (or equivalent)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email, data entry)
- 1–2 years of experience in clerical or administrative work preferred
- Ability to manage time and work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Age between 18 to 30 years preferred
