Job Description

Job Role:

  • Draft & prepare Agreements / Letters / Deeds & all similar Documentation of the company.
  • To carry out searches and attend to relevant work at the land registry.
  • Appear and follow up court cases.

Key Qualifications:

  • L.L.B. (Bachelor of Laws) degree from a recognized university or institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years working Experience.
  • Fluency in both Sinhala and English language.
  • Prior experience in Real-Estate field will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate (Ms office/ Internet, Email).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
