Job Description
Job Role:
- Draft & prepare Agreements / Letters / Deeds & all similar Documentation of the company.
- To carry out searches and attend to relevant work at the land registry.
- Appear and follow up court cases.
Key Qualifications:
- L.L.B. (Bachelor of Laws) degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum of 3 years working Experience.
- Fluency in both Sinhala and English language.
- Prior experience in Real-Estate field will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate (Ms office/ Internet, Email).
- Good interpersonal skills.
