Windloft Retreat 09roomed 3Star Category Hotel located in Outer Kandy (Deltota) is looking for an ideal candidate to join us for our Kitchen Department (Chef de Partie/Demi Chef) & All-rounders for Food & Beverage and Housekeeping department. Minimum Requirements mentioned below.
Chef de Partie / Demi Chef
- Minimum 12 years and above working experience in the industry.
- Good Knowledge in all round cuisine. (SRILANKAN/WESTERN/INDIAN/ITALIAN/PASTRY ETC)
- Will be able to manage the food cost & stocks.
- Must be staying at the hotel staff quarters during the duty days.
- Will be able to train the junior staff members and coordinate the duties with the staff provided. (Small Staff)
- Should be a good team player & be able to maintain the company and Industry Standards.
- Will be able to start work immediately.
F&B AND Housekeeping - Allrounder
- Minimum 03 years experience in the industry.
- Good knowledge in both F&B and HK Department work.
- Must have valid Light vehicle driving license (TUKTUK & Motor Bicycle)
- Should be a good team player & be able to maintain the company and Industry Standards.
- Will be able to start work immediately.
