Resident Manager
Inviting the hospitality professional with strong leadership skills for the smooth operation of the property and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Beach Club Operations Manager
Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a beach club, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and guest satisfaction. Oversee daily operations, manage staff, implement strategies for revenue growth, and maintain the club's facilities.
Banquet Operations Manager
Responsible for the coordination of food and beverage delivery for the events held, planning all of the details pertaining to events in banquet and meeting rooms to maintain the standards expected by management.
Chief Steward
Responsible for managing the daily operations and staff within the kitchen stewarding department. Oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment, utensils, and work areas are maintained at the highest standards. Additionally, supervise and train stewarding staff, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and coordinate with culinary and F&B teams as expected.
Finance Department
Two years of experience in a similar capacity will be required for the positions below.
- Receivable Executive/Front Office Cashiers.
Housekeeping Department
(Experience in a star-class hotel is required for below mentioned positions)
- Housekeeping Attendant (Male/Female)
- Hotel Tailor - Male
Back of the House Manager
Responsible for overseeing the kitchen and related operational areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and smooth execution of food preparation and related tasks while managing kitchen staff, overseeing inventory and supplies, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Night Manager
Responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing any issues, and maintaining hotel safety and security. Need to handle tasks like night audits, financial record reconciliation, and preparing reports for the day shift.
Banquet and Event Department
(Experience in event Banquet operations in a star-class hotel is essential for the following positions)
- Event Manager / Event Coordinator
- Banquet Manager / Assistant Banquet Manager
Food and Beverages Department
(Experience in a star-class hotel is required)
- Outlet Manager/Restaurant Manager:
Qualifications in Hotel Management or related field. Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management, achieving operational and excellent guest service skills.
