Regulatory Executive
Bellose is one of the fastest-growing Personal Care and Beauty product companies in Sri Lanka, having made great strides in the hair care, skin care, and fragrance spaces. With an expanding portfolio of Brands and products, including exciting new ranges and variants, we are planning to strengthen our manufacturing operations and expanding our production footprint to support our growth and innovation ambitions in the coming years.
As a Regulatory Executive you will work closely with chemists, regulatory professionals, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for supporting the development, approval, and lifecycle management of products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate and maintain regulatory documentation for our cosmetic products, including labeling, safety assessments, and submission materials.
- Prepare and submit formal documents applicable to the relevant authorities, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Work closely with all cross functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant cosmetic regulations, laws, industry standards in Sri Lanka and other target markets.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Physical Sciences.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the cosmetics industry.
- Strong understanding of local and global regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
