Best Pacific Textiles Lanka (Pvt) Limited is a joint venture between Brandix Group & Best Pacific International Holdings Ltd. a Hong Kong Listed Company & the leader in Synthetic Fabric and Elastic supplied for branded clothing. We are manufacturing synthetic fabrics and elastics for direct & indirect exports to our end customers in Europe and USA.
EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS SYSTEMS & PROCESS EXCELLENCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing & maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 50001: 2018 management systems.
- Training, development and coaching the implementation team.
- Conducting progress review meetings to ensure the management systems are in place.
- Lead process excellence with 5S and other basic concepts in Lean Manufacturing.
SKILL PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
- 1 year or above experience in ISO standards implementation and maintenance.
- Has followed an internal auditor/lead auditor course for the above management systems.
- Experience in handling 5S and basic concepts of lean manufacturing tools in an industrial environment will be an added advantage.
- Data analysis, presentation and communication skills are more important.
