BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION LEAD

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and solution-oriented professional to evaluate, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes across all departments. This role will drive process efficiency, system integration, and digital transformation in collaboration with senior management and ERP teams, ensuring that all operational workflows are aligned with strategic goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead comprehensive business process analysis and mapping initiatives across departments.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process automation or redesign.
  • Work closely with department heads to gather requirements, understand challenges, and co-create optimized workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal ERP teams or external vendors to enhance ERP systems and ensure business alignment.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for reengineered processes and ensure cross-functional buy-in.
  • Drive user training and organizational change management to support successful process adoption.
  • Define KPIs and track post-implementation performance to measure improvement outcomes.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between business units and technology teams to ensure delivery of effective, scalable solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, ERP implementation, or business systems analysis.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams, influence change, and drive performance.
