CAREER PROFILE

  • Meeting clients to demonstrate new products, services and support product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Keep updating the existing client base regarding the new promotional products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, prices, and competitors’ activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
  • Collect payments on time and follow up on any delays.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, customer visits, orders, and feedback.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Part or fully qualified Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Marketing Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales.
  • Friendly, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, email, data entry).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil would be added advantage.
