CAREER PROFILE
- Meeting clients to demonstrate new products, services and support product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Keep updating the existing client base regarding the new promotional products and services.
- Monitor market trends, prices, and competitors’ activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
- Collect payments on time and follow up on any delays.
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer visits, orders, and feedback.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Part or fully qualified Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Marketing Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales.
- Friendly, self-motivated, and target driven.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, email, data entry).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil would be added advantage.
