Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with their purchases.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain an organized and tidy counter, ensuring stock is displayed correctly.
- Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- O/L & A/L
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and IT knowledge.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
