SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE - CREDIT ADMINISTRATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check the availability, completeness of Lease / Loan facilities Documents against the Enadoc DMS system and release the DO.
  • Overlook the Supplier Payment Process and Introducer Payment Process, coordinating with the Branches regarding the collection of Security Documents & recommendation of disbursement/supplier payment.
  • Branch Coordination
  • Ascertain that required control mechanisms are being followed as per the guild lines/policies/procedures of the department/Company.
  • Train the respective staff on how to handle the functions as per the guidelines of the Company and take appropriate decisions.
  • Handle any other matters which the superior assigned time to time to improve the process and streamline the flow of Credit Administration work.
  • Coordinate & maintain good working relations with all internal Departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations of the work & provide support for the effective daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Around 5 years of experience within a credit / lending background preferably working in the banking/finance industry.
  • A professional qualification in Banking / Credit Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
