About the role
We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for,
- Take full ownership of shift operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance coordination, and workforce management
- Ensure shift-wise production targets are met in line with the master production schedule
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards
- Act as the central coordination point between production, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and logistics during the shift
- Lead and manage production staff on the shift—train, mentor, and motivate them to achieve KPIs and continuous improvement goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational disruptions promptly to ensure uninterrupted plant performance
- Prepare and submit shift reports and performance updates to senior management
What you bring
- BSc Degree in Chemical & Process (Eng) or any other production/manufacturing related degree
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in a similar capacity in a Food manufacturing organization
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on shift basis
- Knowledge in oils and fats will be an added advantage
- Age below 45
