Responsibilities:
- Leading talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Assisting in the training and development of new and existing staff including orientation and other onboarding training and ensuring the necessary documentation is circulated to staff.
- Developing and executing new policies that could be implemented for the development of the organization with the head of HR (Paurushodaya).
- Developing and revising job descriptions for staff under the guidance of the Head of HR.
- Assisting and coordinating, training, and development needs of the units/districts.
- Identifying training and development needs of all the units/ districts within the organization.
- Working with Units/ sections heads and Head of Districts to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
- Organizing training materials and overseeing overall training programs are held smoothly.
- Tracking and assessing the attendance of participants and providing reports to the senior management while preparing the Training Report.
- Handling employee feedback and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolving any training-related issues if they arise.
- Managing compensation and benefit documentation.
- Preparing and issuing the annual increment letters/ salary enhancement letters, under the guidance of Head of Paurushodaya (HR).
- Processing payroll tasks, which include monitoring employee sick leaves and PTO.
- Resolving payroll errors.
- Answering payroll inquiries.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years proven experience as an HR Executive, with a minimum of 5 years in the HR field.
- Hands on experience in preparing C&B, training and Development with the ability to design training materials and train junior staff.
- HR Diploma (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in conducting selection interviews for Junior level staff.
- Experience working for an NGO is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Male candidates are preferred.
