CAREER PROFILE
- Attend on customer queries and provide solutions.
- Record and update customer leads in the system.
- Work with sales, operations, and marketing teams for timely follow-ups.
- Track leads through the sales funnel and ensures updates are shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and lost orders.
- Share insights to help improve sales processes and customer service.
- Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good with numbers and comfortable using Excel and CRM tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A problem-solver with a positive attitude.
