EXECUTIVE LEAD MANAGEMENT

CAREER PROFILE

  • Attend on customer queries and provide solutions.
  • Record and update customer leads in the system.
  • Work with sales, operations, and marketing teams for timely follow-ups.
  • Track leads through the sales funnel and ensures updates are shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and lost orders.
  • Share insights to help improve sales processes and customer service.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good with numbers and comfortable using Excel and CRM tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • A problem-solver with a positive attitude.
