ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
UK MARKET DEVELOPMENT
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – UK Market Development to spearhead business development efforts in the United Kingdom. This role will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with UK travel partners, and ensuring exceptional service delivery meets the expectations of high-end UK clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and expand strong relationships with UK-based travel agencies, tour operators, and clients.
- Support the UK sales representative by coordinating proposals, managing client inquiries, and following up on leads.
- Prepare and tailor luxury travel itineraries and quotations for the UK market with cultural relevance and precision.
- Monitor UK travel market trends, client preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and adapt promotional materials, newsletters, and digital campaigns for the UK audience.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person UK travel events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, reservations, transport, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services to UK clients.
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate data and follow-ups to support account management and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, preferably with exposure to the UK or European market.
- Excellent command of English – both spoken and written.
- Deep understanding of UK travel trends, customer behavior, and sales cycles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences and exceeding client expectations.
