CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

We provide various business services to the Australian market. The organisation consists of advisory, tax and business accountant teams who together make it the perfect option in terms of expertise and dynamic thinking.

WORK FROM HOME!

The individual we are looking for needs to be someone who is/has;

  • Fluent in English (preferably completed their studies in English medium)
  • Great communications skills
  • Knowledge of Office Applications
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Willingness to provide a voice recording introduction (no more than 3 minutes) as part of the application process.

Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage. They'll be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients in a consultative manner. School leavers are also encouraged to apply!

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Day-to-day client communications
  • Setting up appointments
  • Responding to email queries
  • Passing on vital information to other staff members
  • General administrative work

Successful candidates will have business acumen with a willingness to progress their skills, knowledge and careers. They will have strong time management skills and be able to work well in a team. We are also hoping that they will have a view to establish a long-term career with Austral Group.
