SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (CIM/CIMA) are a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising or international business.
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
