An Ideal Candidates Should Possess
- A successful educational background, including the completion of GCE Ordinary Level and Advanced Level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Credit, Recovery and Deposits at a Reputed Financial institute in Sri Lanka.
- An excellent working knowledge of Leasing & Hire Purchase.
- The fluency in Tamil, Sinhala & English communication skills.
- Degree Holders with 3 years’ work experience would also be considered.
