COMPLIANCE OFFICER
The position holder is required to ensure Carekleen is meeting standards of compliance requirements of its Vehicle Fleet. As a vehicle Fleet Compliance Officer you will be required to:
- Conduct regular audits of the company’s fleet operations to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify discrepancies or irregularities in fleet operations and fuel management, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and provide insights to improve fleet management systems.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified fully / partly in AAT, CIMA, CMA or CA.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills/Fluent in language (English and Sinhala spoken and writing skills).
- Basic knowledge in Administration & IT.
