RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and manage job postings across platforms.
  • Support payroll processing, leave, and attendance via the HRIS system.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, performance reviews, and tracking feedback.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain deadlines and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant field. (Full/part qualification in CQHRM is preferred)
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment (freshers and sales hiring).
  • Fluent in English (Tamil proficiency is an advantage).
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
  • Preference given to candidates based in or around Colombo.
