Field Sales Manager

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales execution, distribution expansion, and team performance within an assigned territory. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, improving in-market execution, and maintaining strong distributor and retailer relationships. The role further entails:

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Supervise and coach a team of field sales representatives as per company process and guidelines.
  • Monitor daily sales operations and ensure route-to-market effectiveness.
  • Ensure month on month achievement of volume, distribution, visibility, and coverage targets.
  • Track performance and provide regular feedback and performance reviews to the team.
  • Train and develop field sales teams on selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Implement trade and promotional activities at the point of sale by guiding the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, including pricing and product display at the outlet.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors in the area for sustainable growth.

Who We Want

  • The Person Possess a degree in a related field or be part/fully qualified in CIM or SLIM.
  • Minimum 7-8 years’ overall experience in Sales.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
