VACANCY
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
CHAMPION FERTILIZERS (PVT) LTD
A leading importer and distributer of high-quality fertilizers in Sri Lanka, is on the lookout for a young, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to join our growing team.
LOCATION PREFERENCE
- Applicants residing in or around Negombo, Katana, Minuwangoda, or Maradagahamula will be given priority.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions
- Maintain records of accounts payable/receivable
- Support inventory and costing functions
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Part qualification in AAT, CMA, CA, or similar accounting body
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may apply)
- Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
