ACCOUNT MANAGER - BULK
The Job:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager – Bulk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bulk order process, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and international buyers, and maintaining exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the bulk order lifecycle from order confirmation to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key international buyers.
- Coordinate with production, planning, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor critical path milestones and proactively address potential delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to order status, performance metrics, and buyer communications.
- Ensure adherence to customer standards, quality requirements, and compliance protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of bulk production processes, order management, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
