Head of Operations – Marine Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for marine-related activities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across fishing, leisure, and governmental marine interactions.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning and goal-setting of the division.
Personal Profile & Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Marine Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in the marine industry.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing complex and diverse operational teams.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
