Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is a foremost manufacturer of Moulded Rubber & Plastic products for domestic & international markets. Our factories are based in Galle, Dompe and Dalugama.
We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join with us. There is a vacancy for the above position for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.
Responsibilities
- Contact international suppliers, get quotations, evaluate quotations and propose cost effective sourcing methods
- Liaise with Custom, Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders in order to proceed with the import shipments
- Update Import Pending Report on daily basis
- Updating TIEP transactions against the export shipments
- Regular communication with operations team
Requirements
- Professional qualification in International Trade
- Knowledge on custom documentation and import procedures
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Good command in English language
- Knowledge on TIEP transaction and working with ERP system would be a definite advantage
- Age below 35 years
