Position Overview – Construction Projects Manager
Join our dynamic project team to ensure seamless execution of projects from start to finish. This role is key to aligning planning, coordination, and on-site execution with Romato Engineering’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion with strict adherence to time.
- Monitor and Plan Project timelines, Budgets, Cashflow and Resources to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Manage Contract Administration, Project Documentation, Permits and Approvals.
- Coordinating Engineering, Procurement & Site Activities
- Managing On-site Execution and Progress Tracking
- Resource Allocation and Vendor Coordination
- Reporting to Senior Management and Clients
- Ensuring Quality, Safety, and Compliance Standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- More than 5 years’ experience in Construction Project Management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in Steel Building and Civil Construction Projects (Experience in Steel Building Construction is a mandatory qualification)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
- Office and Site-based role with frequent travel to project locations.
- Ability to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
