- 01 IMPORT DOCUMENTATION – EXECUTIVE
- 02 EXPORT DOCUMENTATION – EXECUTIVE
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export documentation, specially processing of ASYCUDA System
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, The Internet, and email applications
- Professional Qualifications: Partial or fully completion of a shipping documentation-related qualification will be an added advantage, along with an advance level qualification
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling all import/export documentation procedures
- Processing ASYCUDA System operations and CusDec entry formation for both air and sea imports
- Coordinating with clients, shipping lines, and freight forwarders
